이 허가신청에 대한 협의기간은 2014년 4월 9일(23시 59분, 헬싱키 기준)까지 이지만, 대안에 대한 의견 개진은 빠르면 빠를수록 좋다.
ECHA는 삼산화비소(diarsenic trioxide), 황색 황산크롬납(lead sulfochromate, 무기안료 황색 34호), 몰리브덴황산크롬납(lead chromate molybdate sulphate, 무기안료 적색 104호)의 사용 허가에 대한 4건의 신청을 받았다. ECHA의 유해성평가위원회(RAC)와 사회경제성분석위원회(SEAC)는 수신되는 의견을 검토하고, 두 위원회의 최종 의견을 바탕으로 하여, 유럽위원회 사용 신청에 대한 허가를 결정할 것이다.
