SHES can provide support for prompt and successful registration, with much prior experiences of registration of existing chemical substances.
- All existing chemical substance may receive registration grace periods through pre-registration.
- Registrants to register existing chemical substances in ≥ 1 ton/year may form a CICO (Chemical Information Communicative Organization) to submit the registration dossier jointly.
- Joint registration will progress until 2030, according to the pre-registered tonnage band.

Data Analysis and Purchase/Generation of Test Data
- Substance identification c heck and data gap analysis
- Support for purchase of license to use the test data and decision on new test data to generate
- New test requests and test monitoring
Preparation and Submission of Registration Dossiers
- Support and training on collecting use and exposure information
- Preparation of test data summaries on physico-chemical properties, toxicological information and ecotox. information.
- Preparation of Chemical Safety Report.
- Preparation of Guidance on Safe Use
- Review and utilization of QSAR and/or read-across data
Post-maintenance upon Completion of Registration
- Letter of Access sales for passive member registrants
- Accounting for cost sharing
- Correspondence with authorities upon order for submission of additional data for hazard/risk assessment
