Only Representative Services

If the Korean importer is unable to obtain the substance information required for regulatory compliance from foreign manufacturers/producers for reasons such as trade secrets, Korean chemical regulations provide means for a person who is appointed by the foreign manufacturer/producer as the Only Representative (OR) to comply with the obligations.
SHES provides the following services as the OR to support foreign manufacturers/producers with compliance strategies for registration, notification, verification, and post-management.
