Verification of Chemicals
- Verification of Chemicals is enforced under CCA to confirm relative regulatory information on chemical substances(products) prior to their manufacture/import.
※ If a person intends to manufacture/import chemicals for use as reagents in experiments/research/test, he/she shall submit the verification of chemicals for that chemical within 30 days after the manufacture/import.
Hazradous, Restricted, and Prohibited Chemicals Handling Notification/Permission
- Filing declarations, or receiving permits or approval is required for handling (manufacture, import, sales, storage, transport, or use) of hazardous, restricted, and/or prohibited chemicals based on what regulation the chemical substances may be subject to.
