□ 배경
○ 유럽화학물질청(ECHA)은 2025년 3월 25일, 인체 건강 및 환경 위해 우려가 있는 물질을 평가하기 위해 CoRAP(Community Rolling Action Plan) 2025~2027년 평가 계획을 공식 발표함
○ 이번 계획에는 총 28종의 물질이 포함되었으며, 이 중 13종은 신규 포함 물질, 나머지 15종은 기존 계획에 포함되었던 물질이며 평가 결과에 따라 SVHC 지정, 제한/허가 제안 또는 분류·표시 조화 등으로 이어질 수 있음

□ 시사점 및 산업계 대응방안
○ EU 수출 물질이 CoRAP 평가 대상에 포함될 경우, EU 고객사로부터 관련 자료 제출 요청을 받을 수 있으므로, 해당 물질의 사전 파악 및 리스트 정비가 필요함
○ 평가결과에 따라 허가, 제한 등 후속 규제 조치로 이어질 가능성이 있어, 장기 납품 계약 제품 또는 핵심 원료물질에 대해서는 지속적인 모니터링과 대체 가능성 검토 및 규제 리스크 분석 등 중장기 대응 전략 마련이 요구됨
